About the role
BairesDev is seeking a senior sales professional to drive new business acquisition for its technology consulting and software services. This remote position focuses on hunting and securing mid‑size to enterprise clients across various industries, primarily in the consumer sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, nurture, and close new client opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Build long‑lasting relationships with senior executives at midsize and enterprise companies.
- Present BairesDev’s value proposition tailored to each client’s needs.
- Scope projects, define business solutions, and align resources across solution design, UX, technical, and delivery teams.
- Plan and manage lead‑generation activities, sales pipelines, and revenue targets.
- Mitigate risks by developing tactical plans throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
- Proven track record as a hunter acquiring new logos in technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of industry players, business models, and emerging trends.
- Strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor pitches to senior stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑focused.
- Native English or fully bilingual English proficiency.
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of software systems and data commonly used in the industry.
