Customer Support Consultant – Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join its global, multilingual team. You will work remotely, providing email and chat assistance to customers of leading SaaS, software, and hardware brands. The role focuses on delivering fast, accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, covering billing, usage, technical issues, and bugs.
• Escalate complex problems to engineering teams when necessary.
• Generate and maintain reports on customer feedback and support metrics.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers.
• Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and best practices for customer happiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Reliable PC (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
