About the role
ADT Security Services is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Operators to join its call‑center team in Montevideo. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them resolve issues, answer queries and ensure a positive experience with the company.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to satisfy client needs.
- Handle complaints, claims and inquiries received through the call center.
- Retain customers who request service cancellations.
- Communicate client feedback to internal departments.
Required profile
- Available to work Monday‑Friday 10:00‑19:00 and every other Saturday 10:00‑18:00.
- Must reside in Montevideo and work on‑site.
- No age limit.
- Experience in a call‑center environment is desirable.
