Customer Operations Manager

About the role

The Customer Operations Manager provides leadership, direction, and solution‑oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team. Acting as the site‑based customer champion, the role ensures that customer needs are advocated across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Sales, delivering fast, accurate, and well‑communicated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the voice of the customer on the Site Leadership Team and embed customer advocacy throughout the facility.
• Represent Integer in customer production meetings, site visits, and issue‑resolution discussions.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to meet requirements of factory‑direct and enterprise customers, driving long‑term relationships.
• Provide input to annual and monthly forecasting processes, reconciling facility forecasts with S&OP plans.
• Support the Customer Success group with contract review, order entry, and service information.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, safety, environmental, security, and FDA regulations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams.
