Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Specialist to provide best‑in‑class travel consulting for medical repatriation clients. You will work closely with independent advisors to arrange air, hotel, car and limousine travel worldwide, ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Book air, car, hotel, and limo reservations using the Sabre reservation system.
• Issue tickets, exchanges, MCOs, voids and refunds through Sabre.
• Prepare invoices via Sabre or the Agent Portal as needed.
• Deliver consultative, high‑quality customer service throughout the booking process.
• Research destinations, accommodations, travel advisories and costs using online resources.
• Resolve customer service issues directly with vendors while keeping advisors informed.
• Plan international travel with knowledge of geography, routing, fares and entry requirements.
• Provide professional advice to solve travel and transportation challenges quickly and safely.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of full‑time travel‑agent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Sabre GDS, including graphical mode, shortcuts, pricing, fare calculations, e‑ticketing and exchanges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven dispute‑resolution abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enthusiastic learner with solid time‑management skills.
