Contract Review Specialist – Sales Operations

About the role

Sabre is seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Review Specialist to join its global Sales Operations team. You will manage the final stages of the commercial contract process, ensuring fully signed agreements are processed accurately, key terms are captured, and systems are kept up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Route finalized contracts, order forms, and amendments for countersignature using e‑signature platforms and track their status.
• Review executed agreements to extract pricing structures, commercial terms, and non‑standard clauses.
• Enter and maintain contract details in Salesforce and internal Excel trackers, ensuring data integrity.
• Support the Commissions team by recording closed‑won opportunity data for accurate sales payouts.
• Organise contract files and data trackers to facilitate internal and external audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Commissions teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk or Contract Administration.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (data entry, opportunity management, basic reporting).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data validation, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Proficiency with e‑signature tools such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign or HelloSign.
