Consolidation Accountant

About the role

dLocal is looking for a Consolidation Accountant to join its Reporting & Consolidation Team in Uruguay. You will support the monthly close, prepare documentation for consolidated financial statements, and ensure timely SEC reporting and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process and prepare supporting documentation for accurate consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure quarterly and annual closing deadlines are met for U.S. SEC reporting.
• Assist internal and external audit teams throughout the audit cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in multinational companies or Big 4 firms.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple entities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• General understanding of IFRS and core financial statements, with willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker) and consolidation tools (Lucanet) is a plus.
