Business Analyst – Financial Services

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a Business Analyst to design and implement automated business system solutions for finance‑related environments. You will translate complex manual processes into efficient, scalable systems while collaborating with finance, business, and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing manual processes and convert them into automated, system‑based solutions.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
• Design, propose, and implement new or improved business system processes.
• Develop and execute test scripts to ensure requirements are met.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align expectations and deliver solutions.
• Manage multiple small projects and priorities simultaneously within defined timelines.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, systems analysis, or application support, preferably in finance or banking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
