Auxiliar para Departamento Comercial (Contrato a Término 6 meses)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Department Assistant to support the sales team of a prominent organization on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves providing administrative support, handling data, and assisting with cost‑related analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, administrative controls and documentation linked to commercial activities, gathering and verifying information from various management areas.
• Record, copy, upload and update data, values and information in spreadsheets, forms and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Analyze and monitor cost, supply and material information, performing calculations and complex analyses.
• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources to produce required reports and documentation for the department.
• Conduct administrative controls and follow‑up according to departmental procedures, instructions and standards.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate of a Technical Administration program, Public Accountant or Bachelor in Administration.
• Previous experience in commercial tasks related to cost analysis and management.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
