Auxiliar Contable – Empresa Internacional

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join the finance team of a large international company for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with two days per week of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances.
• Reconcile and analyse account balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Post adjusting journal entries when required.
• Support the accounting team during month‑end close and preparation of financial reports.

Required profile

• Student of Public Accounting or Business Administration, with at least the second year completed and a strong academic record.
• Previous experience in a similar accounting role.
• Result‑oriented, able to work well in a team and possess strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
