Associate Planner – Supply Chain & Inventory Management

About the role

Essence International is seeking an Associate Planner to support its multi‑brand beauty portfolio across the global supply chain. The role focuses on analyzing stock, sales, and purchases to drive inventory optimization and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stock and sales by SKU, brand, and subclass to identify replenishment needs and inventory risks.
• Build and maintain forecasts for 3–18 months, incorporating seasonality, product launches, promotions, and market trends.
• Generate and place purchase orders on a monthly or bi‑monthly basis and track them through the supply chain.
• Monitor purchase budgets by brand and period, ensuring alignment with wholesale targets.
• Develop and distribute purchase, sales, and inventory reports for internal planning and external brand reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to improve purchasing accuracy.
• Lead item status classification reviews and recommend updates based on performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting enhancements, and best‑practice planning.

Required profile

• Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, International Business or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
