About the role

Sabre is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist II to join its global Finance team. The role focuses on accurate, compliant payment processing for North America and Latin America, turning complex multi‑currency transactions into precise ledger entries while supporting cross‑regional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Execute payment activities such as ACH, wire, check, virtual card, and manual requests, adhering to regional practices.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations to reduce aged balances and maintain ledger accuracy.
• Obtain required approvals before posting payments to ensure compliance with internal governance.
• Maintain clear audit‑trail records and support month‑end close activities.
• Provide professional customer service to regional teams and support global payment processing.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive accounts payable experience in a global shared‑services or multi‑entity environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑currency transactions and navigate statutory and tax regulations in NAM and LATAM.
• Experience with virtual card payment platforms and automated payment workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse time zones.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with resilience to shifting business demands.
